Refer traders to Fanout. You earn a share of what each customer you refer pays for as long as they stay a customer, and they get 10% off their first 3 months.
Commission tiers
Your rate for a month is set by what your referred customers pay that month. The rate you reach applies to all of that month’s commission, and tiers reset on the 1st.

What your customers get
10% off their first 3 months of Fanout when they sign up through your link or code. It can’t be combined with founding pricing or another code.
How it works
- Sign up. Create a Fanout account, open the Affiliate page and accept the Affiliate Agreement. There is no separate application.
- Share your link. You get a referral link and code. People who sign up within 30 days of clicking your link get 10% off their first 3 months. Say you’re a Fanout affiliate wherever you share it.
- Get paid via Stripe. Set up payouts with Stripe Connect. Stripe verifies your identity and collects your tax details. We pay cleared commission on the 15th of each month.
Payouts
- Monthly, on the 15th, for commission that has cleared.
- 30-day hold: each commission clears 30 days after the payment it comes from.
- $50 minimum: a smaller cleared balance rolls over to the next month.
- Paid through Stripe Connect. Stripe verifies your identity and collects your tax details before your first payout.
Questions
Who can join?
Anyone with a Fanout account in good standing. You join from the Affiliate page in your dashboard by accepting the Affiliate Agreement.
What counts toward my tier?
What your referred customers actually pay in a calendar month (U.S. Eastern Time), minus refunds and not counting taxes. The rate you reach applies to all of that month’s commission. Tiers reset on the 1st, starting again at 15%.
How long do I earn from a customer?
For as long as they stay a paying customer, from their first paid invoice. It stops if your affiliate account ends.
Can customers combine the discount with other offers?
No. The 10% discount can’t be combined with founding pricing or with any other discount, promotion or code.
What happens with refunds and chargebacks?
Commission on a refunded, charged-back or reversed payment is void. If it was already paid, it’s deducted from your later commission, or we ask you to repay it.
Can I refer myself?
Accounts you own, control or share still get the customer discount, but they earn you no commission and don’t count toward your tier.
Can I be removed from the program?
Yes, if 60 days pass without a new referred customer paying their first invoice (counted from when you join, and reset by each new one). We warn you in the app 15 days before. Once removed, your link and code stop working and you stop earning on your existing customers; commission you earned before is still paid. You can join again, starting fresh.
What can I say when I promote Fanout?
Describe Fanout accurately, as trade-copying software. Don’t make income, profit, funding or “pass” claims, and disclose that you’re a Fanout affiliate and may earn a commission (FTC rules).
